We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. This role offers comprehensive training under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership, equipping you with the skills to succeed in the mortgage industry. As a Loan Officer, you will guide clients through the loan process, deliver exceptional customer service, and thrive in a competitive, performance-driven environment. No prior mortgage experience is required-we provide full training for candidates with a strong drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Train directly under experienced Mortgage Bankers and leadership to learn industry best practices.

Apply proven sales tactics through hands-on coaching and mentorship.

Manage inbound and outbound calls from warm leads generated through multiple referral and lead sources.

Utilize CRM and loan origination systems to track and process applications efficiently.

Deliver top-tier customer service to clients and referral partners throughout the loan process.

Participate in team sales meetings, contests, and performance-based incentive programs.

Contribute to a fast-paced, competitive team environment that rewards effort, results, and growth.

Qualifications

Education / Experience :

Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, military service, or commission-based roles.

Skills & Attributes :

Comprehensive training provided.

Outgoing, competitive, and naturally skilled at building relationships.

Strong communication skills (phone, written, and in-person).

Highly motivated by financial success, career growth, and performance recognition.

Pay : Base salary ($30,576) + uncapped bonuses, most people make $85,000 - $125,000 their first year.

Shift : Standard Monday-Friday between 8-5.

Location : Scottsdale, Arizona.
