Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Active or pending Ohio Occupational Therapy license

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate residents’ functional and occupational needs under physician order and develop personalized treatment plans

Implement treatment programs directly and educate care team members involved in patient care

Provide supervision and mentorship for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, providing input and education for staff and families

Occasionally treat across multiple care locations to serve diverse patient needs

Compensation : $78,000–$95,000 annually + full benefits.
