Compensation: $18.00 to $22.00 hourly

Our Elk Grove location has a strong and supportive service team, and we're looking for an energetic, outgoing Business Development Agent to help elevate the customer experience and support our service advisors.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Engage with customers and understand their needs

• Support service advisors throughout the customer journey

• Answer inbound service calls

• Notify customers about recalls, updates, and parts arrivals

• Conduct service follow-ups

• Scan and organize service tickets

• Provide receptionist coverage as needed

• Participate in team and process improvement meetings

• Build product knowledge and understand service offerings

• Build long-lasting customer relationships

• Bring energy and positivity every day

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver’s license

• Customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Positive, professional attitude

• Strong computer and multitasking skills
