Talent Acquisition Specialist

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to define talent needs and priorities

Develop recruiting strategies, including job descriptions and candidate evaluations

Build a network of potential candidates through social media and job boards

Required Qualifications

Higher Education

Previous experience in recruiting or similar roles

Experience in headhunting is a bonus

Fluency in spoken and written Lithuanian and English

Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
