We are looking for a full-time Certificated Flight Instructor for our Initial Pilot Training (IPT) Program for the United States Air Force (USAF) located in Pueblo, CO to start in January 2026. The Certificated Flight Instructor provides training, evaluates performance, and serves as a mentor / professional developer to new aviators.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducting training (ground and flight duties) in accordance with the applicable FAA training requirements under FAR part 141.
• Providing ground instruction on aircraft systems, training maneuvers, procedures, and other flight related subjects.
• Conducting preflight / post flight-debriefings and providing in-flight instruction to ensure students have a thorough understanding and comprehension of the training materials.
• Executing flight training to USAF students resulting in Private Pilot Certification with Instrument privileges for Single and Multi-Engine Land Airplane.
• Completing gradebook entries to ensure syllabus requirements are met.

Salary : $58,240
