[job_card.job_description]Provide care to patients from adolescent through geriatric age groups receiving radiation therapy treatments Work with daily census of 30-40 patients Measure and generate radiation dose distributions and calculations under direction of Oncologist and / or Medical Physicist Design treatment plans and perform dose-volume histogram (DVH) analysis Operate specialized equipment including 2 linear accelerators and 1 CT simulator Perform special procedures including SRS, SBRT, and HDR treatments Work with patients with all disease sites (liver, brain, lung, breast, prostate, bone, head / neck, etc.) Required certification : CMD (Certified Medical Dosimetrist) Minimum 2 years of experience required Epic charting system experience preferred Valid California state license required at time of submission Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing AHA certifications must be in hand at time of submittal 50 miles travel requirement applies Complete orientation modules through e-learning system Interdisciplinary support includes interpretation services, phlebotomy, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary Referral bonus
