Compensation : $261,000 " $325,000 base salary + $100,000 hiring bonus + monthly & quarterly incentives + director stipend

Provide direct patient care while serving as physician leader

Mentor and supervise clinicians and staff

Ensure smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted CA medical license

DEA license (required prior to start)

Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS / AOA specialty preferred

Medicare eligible

FMCSA NRCME certification (or willingness to obtain)
