Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outreach to engage borrowers regarding past-due federal student loans
Assess borrower situations and explain available repayment or relief options
Document borrower interactions and outcomes in internal databases accurately and timely
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered
Prior experience in collections, call center, or customer service environments
Working knowledge of Microsoft-based systems and ability to navigate multiple platforms
