Responsible for ensuring the accurate booking, storaging, and safe handling of finished products. III. Job Functions and Duties NO.Representative Duties1Report to the warehouse supervisor and Coordinator and complete assigned receiving tasks.2Receive and inspect finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.3Accurately record the information of finished goods in the warehouse management system by using scnaner or manual records.4Ensure finished goods are stored according to the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle to prevent expiration or unsold stock.5Assist in organizing warehouse items to ensure finished goods are stored by Part Number and specification.6Participate in regular inventory counting and assist in verifying the accuracy of inventory data.7Maintain 5S and safety in the warehouse, following warehouse management and safety protocols.8Perform other tasks assigned by the Receiving Coordinator or management.9Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.10

QualificationJob RequirementsLanguageLanguages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.Experience1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.EducationHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Physical ConditionThe employee is regularly required o stand or sit for long periods. Duties will include long periods of forklift operating.Other RequirementsForklift license / Certificate
