• Requirements
• J.D. from an
• ABA-accredited U.S. law school
• Min. 4 Years Litigation Experience
• Admitted in New York State and in good standing
• Significant experience in commercial litigation
• Proven excellence in legal research, writing, motion practice and depositions
• Trial experience a plus
• Ability to manage complex matters independently and efficiently
