Drive retention and growth by building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
Provide strategic support by identifying patterns and sharing best practices across the customer portfolio
Strengthen workflow and clinical confidence by applying product expertise to improve hospital operations
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management with a focus on retention or growth
5+ years of experience in a veterinary hospital with knowledge of clinical and operational workflows
Hands-on experience with Instinct EMR or Treatment Plan, and Plumb's or Standards of Care
Proficiency in using dashboards and modern AI tools to enhance productivity
BS / BA degree and Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT / CVT / RVT) are preferred
