Job Title

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product. Responsibilities include managing the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget / spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project / product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation; 11 paid holidays; paid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours; paid parental leave; adoption assistance; employee stock purchase plan; financial planning and group legal; voluntary benefits including auto, homeowner and pet insurance.
