Construction Project Manager For High-End Residential Homes

We are seeking a highly skilled construction project manager specializing in high-end residential homes. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee construction projects for high-end residential homes.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities and personnel.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Pay and benefits :

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
