Salary Range : $55K - $75K annually

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Entry Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely documentation for various types of entries, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and certificates of origin. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and complete documentation for various types of entries, including :
  • Commercial invoices
  • Bills of lading
  • Packing lists
  • Certificates of origin
  • Verify and validate entry information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics and customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field (logistics, shipping, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures is a plus.

  • Office-based role with standard working conditions.
  • May require overtime or flexible hours based on business needs.
  • Primarily sedentary work with occasional lifting or moving of files and documents.
