Are you passionate about plant care and cultivation? We're looking for a Cultivation Technician 1 to join our team in the Mom, Propagation, and Vegetation (MPV) Department . This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, first-shift position, from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM . As a Cultivation Technician 1, you will support the cultivation department by performing essential tasks that keep the operation running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include everything from cleaning and transplanting to trellising, pruning, harvesting, trimming, and propagating plants. You will also assist with irrigation and fertigation, fill nutrient stock tanks, process plant waste, and apply biological control agents and pesticides, all while adhering to company and state policies. Daily room checks and plant health assessments will be a key part of your role, and you'll report any signs of pests, diseases, or health issues to your supervisors. Keeping your workspace clean, sanitized, and organized is vital, as is reporting any faulty equipment to the team.

While prior cannabis experience is not required, the ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures closely. You'll be expected to work in hot, humid conditions and perform physical tasks like standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using ladders safely. A positive work ethic, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities are essential.
