We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and experienced E-commerce Manager to join our Manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our e-commerce strategy, improving the user experience, driving sales, and growing our brand's online presence. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, technical acumen, and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SMS marketing, Google Tag Manager, Paid Search, Campaigns, and UX / UI.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to drive growth, improve user experience, and increase conversion rates.

2. Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, campaign optimization, and A / B testing.

3. Utilize Google Tag Manager to track and analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and interaction.

4. Develop and oversee the effective planning, quality, and execution of content across the website and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of all web content publishing.

5. Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.

6. Use SMS marketing to engage customers, build brand loyalty, and increase sales.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all e-commerce activities are in line with the brand and overall business strategy.

8. Manage and optimize Paid Search campaigns to maximize ROI.

9. Continuously improve the UX / UI of the website to increase customer satisfaction and conversion rates.

10. Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply new knowledge to our e-commerce strategy.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.

3. Proven track record of managing and optimizing online marketing campaigns.

4. Extensive experience with SMS marketing, Google Tag Manager, Paid Search, and Campaigns.

5. Strong knowledge of UX / UI best practices.

6. Excellent analytical skills with an ability to drive meaningful actions from large data sets.

7. Proficient in e-commerce platforms and systems.

8. Strong understanding of web design and web analysis.

9. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance.

10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

11. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

12. Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach.

13. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

14. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SEO / SEM and Google Analytics.

15. Ability to think strategically and tactically within a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
