North Carolina Licensed Utilization Management Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor - Utilization Management Physical Health.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of Utilization Management related to physical health authorizations and quality improvement activities

Supervise and develop staff, ensuring compliance with policies and promoting a positive work environment

Maintain inter-departmental collaboration to streamline service delivery and address community service needs

Required Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Nursing school with 5 years of experience in Utilization Management or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing with 3 years of experience

Current, active, unrestricted North Carolina license as a Registered Nurse

Knowledge of Utilization Management principles and physical health conditions

Experience in acute clinical utilization review and patient care management

Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of developing workflows
