Opportunity

As a Ticket Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of driving attendance and creating excitement for Life Surge events. Working with warm leads from our marketing campaigns and event attendees, you’ll convert interest into ticket sales, upsells, and ambassador relationships. If you’re motivated by results and energized by conversations, this role gives you a direct path to high impact and growth.

Responsibilities :

Engage with warm leads through calls, texts, and emails to maximize ticket sales.

Present event value confidently to secure upsells and new group sales.

Identify ambassador opportunities and nurture referral relationships.

Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high-quality service.

Track and prioritize leads daily for consistent pipeline growth.

Qualifications :

Sales experience in ticketing, events, or call center environments.

Strong persuasion and closing skills with a pleasant phone presence.

Self-driven and results-oriented with a competitive edge.

Able to navigate software and technology as needed to perform the role.

Thrives in performance-based environments with growth opportunities.
