We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives with a strong focus on website management, marketing collateral, customer feedback programs, and local search presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping systems organized, content up to date, and marketing assets polished and effective. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized individual who excels in a dynamic environment and has a passion for marketing and efficient administration.
Website Management
Maintain and update website content, including pages, landing pages, SEO, images and forms.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, current, and on brand.
Monitor website performance and flag issues related to usability, SEO, or broken links.
Marketing Collateral
Create, update, and manage marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, one-pagers, and presentations.
Coordinate content gathering from internal teams and customers.
Ensure all collateral aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
Manage version control and asset organization.
Customer Feedback & NPS Support
Support the execution and ongoing management of our Net Promoter Score (NPS) program.
Assist with survey deployment, tracking responses, and organizing feedback.
Help analyze trends and summarize insights for internal reporting.
Coordinate follow-up actions and testimonials derived from NPS feedback.
Google My Business & Local Presence
Manage and maintain verified Google My Business listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Monitor and respond to reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Post updates, photos, and announcements to support local visibility.
Track basic performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
General Marketing Support
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event themes and promotional strategies. Assist with campaign coordination and execution.
Support internal communications and cross-functional marketing requests.
Help maintain marketing calendars, marketing scorecards, workflows, and documentation.
Stay up to date on marketing trends.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to senior executives as needed.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Liaise with internal staff at all levels.

At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator
Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and Canva, graphic design tools an asset
Excellent writing skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and effective collaboration skills with the ability to work independently
Must reside near the Mesa, Arizona office with the ability to work in the office as needed
