About the Role:
Be responsible of all production
Ensure respect of all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality, respect of the product) during the operations
Ensure that the production schedule planned by the SC&L is respected
Ensure achievement of QCD objectives and is accountable of QCD results
Ensure optimal use of equipment (TRP)
Ensure maintenance of equipment
Drive continuous improvement with the support of the SC&L/VPS cluster of his region
Practice regular OJT on QRQC, Kosu
Promote the Valeo 5 axes in the daily activities of the Plant
What You Should Have:
You have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent knowledge and demonstrated experience in lieu of education required; industrial engineering discipline preferred
You have excellent written and oral communication skills and a high degree of
flexibility. Strong computer skills required.
You have a minimum of 10 years supervisory / management experience in automotive or a manufacturing environment
