Job Summary

We are seeking someone full time for our Customer Service position. This position is NOT remote.

Responsibilities

• Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails
• Identify the reason for the customers call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
• Enter information from one system to another
• Work with multiple websites and programs

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in Customer Care
• Comfortable using computers and customer management software
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Must have 3-5 years healthcare experience, Cardiology preferred
• Good personality
• Highly organized
• Responsive to all customer requests
