Key Responsibilities
Respond to consumer inquiries about cancer and available services
Provide accurate information through various communication channels
Assist customers in navigating the referral process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Health, Social Science, Psychology, Nursing, Education, or related field
One year of experience in healthcare, social services, helpline, counseling, or teaching
Preferred five years of experience in customer service or call center operations
Knowledge of cancer basics and patient access
Ability to work four 10-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
