[job_card.job_description]3 : 30PM - MIDNIGHT; Monday through Friday; 2.5 hours of built-in OT. $1 shift differential. Responsible for performing maintenance tasks assigned through CMMS software, completing repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance on various equipment, and supporting emergency maintenance needs. Experience working with schematics, remoting into PLCs, electrical (120 to 480V) / cabinet work (voltage and hone out, loose cables, arc flashing, vacuum / clean out) is encouraged. Maintenance experience on cylinder sensors, changing feeds / speeds, working on coolers / heat exchangers, breakers, transformers is encouraged. Experience with minor welding is a plus, but must have experience maintaining and troubleshooting hydraulic pumps, daily rounds of PMs, changing out blades, conveyor system troubleshooting (electrical and mechanical). High School diploma or GED is required. Mechatronics Systems Technician certification or degree preferred.
