Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming inquiries from clients via phone, email, and chat.

Draft and distribute communication materials to clients as needed.

Assist in developing communication strategies to enhance client engagement.

Act as a liaison between clients and various departments within the organization.

Provide timely updates on projects and services to clients.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
