Job Description

We are seeking a technically proficient and experienced Search Architect to lead the design and development of advanced search-driven applications in our Data and Analytics Business Unit. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, requiring hands-on programming skills, architectural vision, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle.

Our Data & Analytics team drives cutting-edge innovation in digital transformation deployment globally and across industries. We partner with a diverse range of clients and support them at every stage of the data lifecycle-from curation and ingestion to management, analytics, and reporting. Our practice spans AI, Data Management, Content, Data Strategy, and more. From building modern data platforms to applying machine learning and generative AI, we help organizations unlock deeper insights, automate decision-making, and drive smarter outcomes. In our collaborative, fast-paced environment, you'll work with industry-leading tools and technologies, tackling real-world challenges and delivering impactful solutions that shape the future of digital transformation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architect and optimize search solutions using platforms like Elasticsearch, Solr, Coveo, Algolia, or Lucidworks.
• Lead project execution, manage timelines, and oversee the delivery of user stories and features.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Define project scope, estimate solutions, and determine optimal team structures.
• Support multiple Agile Scrum teams through planning, scoping, and continuous delivery of new product capabilities.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient code using languages such as Java, C#, or JavaScript.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and clients to resolve technical dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Mentor development teams, providing guidance on design, architecture, and best practices.
• Promote a shared vision and consistent technical practices across teams.
• Engage with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Partner with Technical Architects to define and implement effective technical strategies.
• Provide technical leadership across projects, influencing direction and driving innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Skills and Education :

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $165,000 to $180,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential variable compensation programs.
