We're hiring a Director of Patient Care Services a compassionate and experienced clinical leader who oversees hospice care delivery, supports interdisciplinary teams, and ensures regulatory compliance. This role blends leadership, clinical expertise, and empathy to provide dignified, meaningful care to patients and families.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Serve as a role model and resource for nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members
• Support staff in problem-solving and determining appropriate clinical interventions
• Collaborate with the Administrator on hiring, orientation, retention, and performance management
• Adhere to budget requirements for labor, pharmacy, DME, and medical supplies
• Coordinate patient care with RN Case Managers and attending physicians
• Review and manage patients receiving higher levels of care (respite, inpatient, continuous care)
• Oversee clinical and management responsibilities for assigned teams
• Serve as liaison between Administrator, clinical staff, patients, families, and community partners

Anticipated pay range : $100,000 USD - $105,000 USD
