LVN Home Health-Northeast Houston, TX

Interim Healthcare is seeking an LVN for Northeast Houston. Areas include : Humble,Atascocita,Kingwood andNew Caney, This position requires great patient assessment skills and the ability to work with little direct supervision, good time management skills, good communication skills, reliable transportation.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities include :

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to our RN
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
