Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Divisional Pricing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Prophet 21 Pricing and a strong aptitude for analyzing pricing trends to support divisional strategy and maximize profitability. Experience in industrial automation distribution is preferred but not required.

Job Duties

• Analyze and maintain pricing strategies using Prophet 21 Pricing module to ensure competitiveness and margin objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support pricing decisions and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
• Provide pricing reports, insights, and recommendations to divisional leadership.
• Assist in the implementation of pricing initiatives and system improvements.
• Ensure pricing data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.
• Support product launch pricing and promotional programs.

Education & Experience

Typically requires a bachelor's degree and five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Motion, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range. Compensation is from $81,563 - $112,100 annually.
