Job Summary

As Banquet Server, you’re responsible for serving menu items to guests in a prompt and courteous manner during meetings and events. You wll be doing set ups, serving and tear downs as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Serving all food courses and beverage items to the guest in accordance with function requirements.
  • Timing the service of courses to correspond with the dining pace of the guests.

Providing proper greetings to guests upon their arrival and introducing yourself including your name.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment.
  • Performing pre and post shift side work.
  • Clearing tables after service.
  • Setting up events.
  • Clearing events.
  • Assist the MOD as needed.

    • Qualifications

  • Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30 pounds through a crowded room throughout shift
  • Food Handlers Card Required
  • Be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Previous food and beverage experience
