Required Qualifications
8-12 years of technical recruiting experience in fast-paced environments
Expert-level sourcing skills with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean techniques
Proven success in accessing challenging talent markets like crypto and AI / ML
Ability to create structured, evidence-based hiring strategies and decision-making processes
Strong data fluency to utilize metrics and market intelligence in shaping recruitment strategies
