Conversion Programmer

Job Summary

The Conversion Programmer will assist in the migration of deposit accounts and customer data into Hogan IDS and CIS systems . This position requires strong expertise in EasyTrieve programming for data analysis and transformation. The role involves running conversion programs, managing file ingestion, collaborating with analysts, and supporting production merge processes. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Hogan deposits development and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and communication are key. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the conversion of deposit accounts and customers into Hogan IDS and CIS systems.
• Perform data ingestion, analysis, and transformation using proprietary conversion tools and processes.
• Develop and maintain EasyTrieve programs for conversion analysis and data transformation.
• Execute conversion programs and production merge processes according to project timelines.
• Work closely with analysts to perform data mapping and ensure data accuracy during migration.
• Manage files, job flows, and dependencies across COBOL / JCL and Hogan environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and resolve conversion challenges.
• Communicate effectively to clarify requirements and document mapping processes.
