Key Responsibilities
Ensure the sales team meets daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Monitor Salesforce activity and provide coaching for continuous improvement
Expand agency footprint and engage new agents while managing relationships
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree, or CIC, or CPCU Insurance Designations required
Minimum of 3 years managing sales processes in Non-Standard or Personal Lines Auto Insurance
Minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms required
Willingness to travel as required
