Senior Construction Project Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager- DER.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee project management, including financial performance, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination

Coach and mentor project team members while developing staffing plans and leading meetings

Ensure client satisfaction and maintain safety and training standards throughout project execution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in construction management or engineering preferred

8 years of construction-related experience

Proficient with scheduling software, preferably MS Projects, and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite

OSHA 30 certification and preferred professional designations such as PE, CPM, or LEED

Knowledge of construction management processes, financial acumen, and basic estimating skills
