Position Summary : Coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care efficiently and accurately.

Position Requirements :

Earned nursing diploma or degree from an accredited program.

Licensed in the State of Tennessee.

Certification in BLS within 90 days of hire.

For Emergency Room : Minimum one year of emergency experience preferred.

ACLS and PALS certifications required within 6 months of hire.

Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification required within 6 months of hire.

Physical Effort :

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Ability to stand for prolonged periods, up to twelve hours a day.

Ability to lift up to 250 lbs with assistance.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments upon admission.

Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and conditions.

Oversee treatment administration and medication safety in accordance with hospital protocols.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Reassess and adjust care plans in response to patient conditions.

Embrace leadership responsibilities, directing staff as needed.

Ensure a respectful and therapeutic environment for patients and families.
