Job Summary :

The Operating Room Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe, high-quality, and compassionate care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. The OR RN works closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a sterile, efficient, and patient-centered surgical environment.

Unit Requirement :

• HardStops : Applicants need to have trauma, neuro, vascular and ortho experience due to trauma status.
• may need to cover one night shift within their contract as needed.
• Start date : ASAP
• Years of experience REQ : 2
• First-timers accepted : Y
• Weekend REQ : Yes
• Certs REQ : BLS
• Variable Start Times : 7 : 00, 9 : 00
• Is on-call REQ- Yes, , call will be distributed equally amongst all nursing staff every 6 weeks.
• This could be up to 6-8 shifts in a 6 week period (including nights, evenings and weekends / 8 hrs).
• Will this traveler need to float between like units-Yes
• Locals accepted : Yes
