Position Summary : As a Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving our company's revenue by identifying and securing business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with new / existing clients and partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and expanding our market reach.
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads, identify prospects, and engage with partners and potential clients to expand our business footprint.
- Using consultative methods, present, promote, and sell payroll, time tracking and HR services to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer and partner relationships.
- Utilize call and email outreach, social media selling, foot canvassing, partner referrals, and other various methods to build pipeline and close business.
- Promptly respond to prospect, partner, and client inquiries.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate demos and hand-offs with other team members, to ensure a smooth process and positive experience for clients.
- Record and track sales activities in our CRM.
- Keep abreast of best practices and buying trends in the payroll and HR sectors.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Compensation : A successful sales consultant should make between $95,000 - $125,000 when meeting quotas. This range includes base pay and commissions but can have other rewards that make up total compensation.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a sales representative.Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.Experience in payroll and human resources services preferred.
