Oracle SPM Functional Consultant

A company is looking for a Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Variable Incentive Compensation (VIC).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for Oracle SPM and VIC modules

Lead CRP sessions to validate requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives

Implement the Oracle SPM and VIC modules, ensuring best practices are followed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Sales Performance Management (SPM)

Strong knowledge of the Variable Incentive Compensation (VIC) module

Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM and Financials integration

Familiarity with Salesforce and other third-party application integrations
