Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell iCRYO memberships, packages, and services
- Educate clients on the benefits of iCRYO therapies and personalized wellness plans
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs
- Follow up with leads, new clients, and existing members to drive retention
- Accurately document sales activities and client interactions in CRM / booking systems
Cryo Tech Responsibilities
Greet and assist all clients with a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable approachManage client check-ins, scheduling, check-outs, and payment processingHandle client questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionallySupport a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environmentEnsure a positive, consistent brand experience aligned with iCRYO standardsRequirements
Sales experience in retail, fitness, or wellness services (preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsConfident, persuasive, and comfortable initiating conversationsCustomer-first mindset with the ability to build long-term relationshipsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPassion for health, wellness, and helping others
