Job Overview :

We are seeking an entry-level Distribution Logistics Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with exceptional writing and problem-solving skills that has experience in logistics. A love for K-Pop is preferred!

Location : hello82 LA, 7323 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036

Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 30AM to 6 : 30PM

Key Responsibilities

• Adaptability & Flexibility : This role requires an individual who is able to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Data Entry : Accurately input, update, and maintain information on Google Sheets, Shopify, ASN and other documents. This includes tracking shipments, delivery schedules, and inventory levels.
• Freight Forwarding : Assist the Distribution Manager in coordinating freight pickups and deliveries by communicating with freight carriers.
• Trucking Coordination : Source and book carriers for shipments, obtain quotes, and create shipping labels and necessary documentation.
• Inventory & Transfers : Help manage inventory accuracy by tracking stock levels and coordinating the transfer of goods between different locations or warehouses.
• Communication : Serve as a key point of contact by communicating shipment status and logistics updates to internal teams and external partners.
• Problem-Solving : Proactively identify and resolve logistical challenges, such as shipping delays, damaged goods, or incorrect orders, to ensure timely delivery. The ability to work independently, think critically, and handle tasks outside the typical scope of the job description is essential.
• Shipping & Fulfillment : Create and process shipping labels for internal and external shipments, including items for giveaways or inter-office transfers.
