ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As an Account Representative for Claudia Alarcon Ins Agency Inc., you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow Up with potential and existing clients through phone calls, emails, text messages and via Virtual platform.
  • Multiline existing customers to identify opportunities for additional coverage.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing client needs and requests.
  • Meet monthly quotas, including cold calling (50-75 calls per day)
  • Market via social media and local presence.

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creates a welcoming environment through enthusiasm, and authenticity.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service and sales preferred (1 year or more).
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and composure.
