Maintenance Technician

As a Behavior Technician, youll bring energy, creativity, and compassion to help children on the autism spectrum build essential skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each childs progress. Youll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference.

Compensation : $18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities :

Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces.

Record data accurately and maintain session documentation.

Qualifications :

Active, hands-on approach to work youll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children.

Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality are required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information.
