Key Responsibilities
Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the institutional business
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and client experience
Sourcing, quoting, and executing trades for institutional and high-volume individual clients across a range of digital assets
Required Qualifications
A passion for and understanding of digital assets / crypto
2-5 years experience in crypto OTC sales and trading
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
Flexible with hours, including weekends, for support coverage
Experience with remote teams
