Construction Superintendent - Higher Education Project (LA County, CA) (Los Angeles County)

We have partnered with a leading GC building a state-of-the-art academic facility for a leading university in the LA County. This multi-story structure will feature modern classrooms, collaborative learning spaces, advanced labs, and sustainable design elements. The project is valued at $75M and will span 24 months from groundbreaking to final turnover.

What Were Looking For :

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on DSA / Public Works Projects.
• Strong knowledge of ground-up construction, especially concrete, steel, and MEP systems
• Ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, and specs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Local to LA or willing to relocate
