Michigan Licensed Technical Exam Agent

A company is looking for a Hybrid Automotive Star Technical Exam Agent in the Detroit, MI area.

Key Responsibilities :

Answer inbound calls and tickets for technical assistance, creating cases in Cherwell and providing diagnostic direction to dealer technicians

Document all customer contacts and technical cases, ensuring clear communication and follow-up until resolution is achieved

Provide technical support to internal groups and communicate product issues to relevant departments as needed

Required Qualifications :

High School Graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications preferred in relevant areas

At least 3 years of automotive repair experience

2-3 years of experience with Cummins 6.0L Diesel Engine required

Basic knowledge of diagnostics, repair tools, and dealer information software
