Infectious Disease Physician – Suburban Boston, MA

A thriving, fully integrated multi-specialty practice in the highly sought-after Boston area is growing rapidly and seeks a  Board Certified / Board Eligible Infectious Disease Physician  to join their collegial team. Due to overwhelming demand, patients are already on a waiting list—come be part of a forward-thinking, patient-centered organization that values teamwork and innovation.

This unique role combines  Infectious Disease and Adult Primary Care  in a 100% outpatient setting, offering a rewarding mix of clinical variety and work-life balance.

Position Highlights :

• Competitive salary : $225,000–$265,000 DOE
• Encounter-based bonus structure for additional earnings
• Flexible schedule, team-oriented environment
• 100% outpatient practice
• Average 18–20 patients per day
• Full benefits including retirement, loan repayment, and  34 PTO  days
