Senior Director, Revenue Cycle

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Revenue Cycle (Practice Management).

Key Responsibilities

Provide regular KPI dashboards, operational metrics, and trend analyses to assigned practices

Analyze payor and process data to detect patterns and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions

Ensure compliance with billing processes and support accurate documentation and timely claims submission

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

13+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in leadership roles

Advanced understanding of revenue cycle management and payor relations

Strong data analysis and KPI management skills

Knowledge of compliance requirements for billing and coding in healthcare
