Senior Full Stack Engineer - Mobile

We’re looking for a Senior Product Engineer who thrives at the intersection of product, design, and engineering. This is a mobile-first, full-stack role where you’ll shape architecture, influence roadmap decisions, and ship meaningful features used at scale.

Worksite Location :  St. Paul, MN, or Remote, USA

Salary Range :   $130k-$170k / yr + bonus

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Build and scale mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) with a strong emphasis on usability and performance.
• Develop modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design and implement backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers from discovery through launch.
• Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture decisions.
• Participate in user research, experimentation, and feedback loops to inform development.
• Maintain high engineering standards through testing, code reviews, CI / CD, and DevOps best practices.
• Contribute to technical roadmap discussions and help prioritize initiatives based on impact and scalability.

Advocate for performance, clean UX, and thoughtful system design.

Required Skills & Experience :

Background in consumer-facing, marketplace, or high-scale digital platforms. Open-source contributions or personal product builds.
