We’re looking for a Senior Product Engineer who thrives at the intersection of product, design, and engineering. This is a mobile-first, full-stack role where you’ll shape architecture, influence roadmap decisions, and ship meaningful features used at scale.

Salary Range : $130k-$170k / yr + bonus

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Build and scale mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) with a strong emphasis on usability and performance.
- Develop modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Design and implement backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers from discovery through launch.
- Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture decisions.
- Participate in user research, experimentation, and feedback loops to inform development.
- Maintain high engineering standards through testing, code reviews, CI / CD, and DevOps best practices.
- Contribute to technical roadmap discussions and help prioritize initiatives based on impact and scalability.
Advocate for performance, clean UX, and thoughtful system design.
Required Skills & Experience :
5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or product-focused software development.Strong experience building mobile applications (Flutter / Dart strongly preferred).Proficiency in React and modern JavaScript / TypeScript.Solid backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.Experience working in Agile, product-driven, or startup-style environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.Nice to Have : Experience with GraphQL, Firebase, or WebSockets.Background in consumer-facing, marketplace, or high-scale digital platforms. Open-source contributions or personal product builds.
