A federally qualified health center in central Connecticut is adding an Internal Medicine Physician. We provide care to nearly 17,000 patients.

About the Opportunity :

  • Total outpatient
  • Monday-Friday work week. No evening or weekend office hours
  • Providing care to a diverse, underserved patient population
  • The average daily patient census is 13-16
  • Call 1 : 12
  • NextGen EMR
  • 1 : 1 ratio MA to physician

Financial Package :

  • Base salary plus productivity incentive
  • Robust benefits package including employer matching 401k, health and disability insurance, and CME time and funds
  • 25 days per year of PTO plus 9 holidays
  • Tuition reimbursement
