We are seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Virtual Care team in Wadesboro, NC. Wadesboro is located less than an hour southeast of Charlotte, NC, making it an ideal location for those living in or wanting to move to suburbs like Matthews, Indian Trail, Monroe, or Waxhaw, which feature vibrant downtowns and a lower cost of living.

This position is not fully remote. It is based at Anson Hospital with a virtual component.

Highlights of this role :

• $10,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year payback period
• Location : Based at Anson Hospital in Wadesboro, NC, with virtual responsibilities.
• In-person rounding and virtual admissions with virtual physician supervision.
• Short shifts to promote work / life balance.
• Master's Degree or Doctorate of Nursing Practice required.
• Current RN license required.
• Certification from a recognized certifying body required.
• ACNP, AGACNP board certification preferred based on the population served.
• Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants preferred.
