Join this family-owned optometry practice, proudly serving the community since 1949! We are on the lookout for a loyal and experienced Optician to enhance this spectacular team. They are known for one of the largest optical dispensaries in the city and offer a wide range of eyewear, including regular and specialty contact lenses. If you have a passion for helping others and a flair for fashion, we'd love to hear from you!

As an Optician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our patients leave with the perfect eyewear. Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing top-notch customer service with a friendly smile
• Dispensing eyewear and guiding patients in frame and lens selection
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current optical products and industry trends, especially Essilor lenses
• Processing orders and ensuring finished jobs meet our quality standards
• Making necessary eyewear adjustments and repairs
• Collaborating with our doctors on patient recommendations
• Assisting with contact lenses and pretesting as needed
• Handling phone inquiries and supporting patients in a welcoming environment
